- Hotel employee is awesome with her 5pm moonrise ceremony! the bartender, was fantastic. You get such a warm vibe from all the staff at this hotel. We stay here everytime in Sedona and we were even upgraded. FANTASTIC stay!!
- Location and setup of the hotel is perfect.
- Nice, great location, free parking.
Cons -
- The front desk staff at this hotel was not helpful, were dismissive and appeared to be annoyed that the were even guests in the hotel, so we left and went to a different hotel. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were amazing.
- A little understaffed, and the picture didn't quite match up with the view promised, but overall a positive experience & would recommend.
- No Microwave, No Guarantee of Room Selection. Check in is kinda late.
