I was surprised that reviewers gave this 9 and 10 stars and was disappointed when we arrived. Yes it was clean but it is an older motel style hotel. Beds were quite soft. It fit our needs for one night; for 9-10 stars I was expecting a little nicer.

Air conditioner had to work to keep up with outside temperature but fine once it caught up.
