- Staff is very friendly and helpful, was able to check in early room was available, always found a parking space, room had a patio.

- Room was not ready at 4:00 check-in time. Room had no windows and was dark. Woman at check-in was unhelpful. Man you had to get parking pass from was surly. Your people responsible for guest reception need to up their game or be replaced. Coffee was bad.
- The room was to dark for my preference small window little natural light, wish it was walking distance to the downtown area.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, was able to check in early room was available, always found a parking space, room had a patio.

Staff was friendly. Location was good.
When I asked the desk clerk where I could get a bottle of water, she looked at me as if confused and replied, "at the store." Most hotels have complementary water or at least water for sale. So I didn't care for that.
