- The staff. They went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met & made us feel so welcomed!
Cons -
- You can hear every word being said in other rooms like I wasn't even in a different room. The fact they give ear plugs on your pillow is really sad. The bathroom looked like i hired a few college guys to paint. There were paint drippings in the sink.

- The breakfast! It was not a free breakfast like we had hoped for & it was extremely over priced
