the front desk clerk was lovely & tried hard to resolve the problem of very poor housekeeping.
Staff was very kind and helped us with what we needed. Very prompt. Our stay was pleasant because of the staff's promptness, their desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons -

Bath tub was dirty and microwave didn't work
dirty, used sheets on both of the beds in the room
No dresser, Coffee pot, no iron board. It was an accessible room, yet no bars were in bathroom shower. I almost fell and nothing to reach for. Heating lamp did not run.

The staff at the front desk was very courteous, and she did everything possible to give me the best deal possible. The room was very cllean.

The toilet rocked back and forth like a rocker. I mentioned it to the staff, and they promised to get it fixed.
