The kitchen had one frying pan and when I went to make the sofa bed there was food underneath it from the previous tenants.

The games and activities. I liked having a kitchen too.

Seemed dated/old.

Private Patio and onsite recreational activities.

Significantly leaking bathtub faucet. Staff notified upon check-in and check-out.

The convenience of having so many amenities and we never had to leave! My kids never once said they were bored, that¿s huge! Great location and amazing staff!

Nothing negative to say about this property! I give it a 5star! We will always chose this resort when we come to Pinetop!

Indoor pool & hottib

Shower head was low for me (I am tall), several miles to restaurants, a little bit dated furnishings

Very spacious apartment with full kitchen. On-site amenities kept us entertained. This place is perfect for families.

Weather was not ideal, but with indoor pool and spa there was always something to do. The room was great and amenities in the room top notch. I have just booked this resort again

I was skeptical about the room because of the price. The room was immaculate. It was quiet, no noise from outside, or other rooms. We have paid much more, for much less. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

No complaints

Nice little playground, indoor recreation center with a pool, hot tub, racquetball courts. Free movies twice a day in their theater. Homey feel, not your typical corporate hotel chain, great for families!

HUGE room... got a great deal! Did have a funny smell... fresh paint?

The variety of activities available makes it a very enjoyable experience for the family. The room was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We liked the facilities, our room, and the wonderful staff. We also found the cost of our stay to be quite affordable.

It’s a great value for the price. As much like being home as it can be. Each room is a little different. We have stayed there about four times this summer. There’s little things I would change sometimes, but over all, a great place to stay.

Depending on what building you’re in, the view can be looking at another building, but not much way to prevent that.
