Very good location for our purpose. Very good staff.
The tissue holder fell off the first day we checked in and there was no one available to put it back up. Very minor, it does not affect our rating.

This is a terrible hotel. Rooms not clean. Only rooms offered me at the genius rate were ground floor on the freeway. Terrible nights sleep. I will not trust 4 star hotels ever again

The location was great. Its located around anything you would want and close enough to jump on the frwy if wanted to go elsewhere. The room was perfect for 3 of us. Very comfortable and great tv reception and a fridge for our drinks. I would suggest this hotel !
I loved the indoor pool but I would have prefered it to be heated. The kids didnt mind it!

For being in north Phoenix the location was pretty good. Very close to the freeway, easy to access, but also secluded from view. I appreciated that the front doors locked at 9pm, requiring a room key to enter.
Overall, the room did not look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. While the beds were made and the towels were clean, there was a substantial amount of hair on one of the beds. The microwave was filthy, the bathroom shower had concerning stains, and the tiles of the bathroom floor were completely lacking grout, some were loose, and one was cracked. The dresser drawers were all partially ajar and wouldn't stay closed. And the room had a strange sort of musty smell. There were no vending machines and breakfast ran for an incredibly short amount of time.
