Location is great. The pool was relaxing. The wine list and and appetizers were good at the bar.
My shower head dripped for the length of my stay no matter what I did. There was an unusual odor in the hallway outside our room during the entire stay.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Very attentive and friendly staff.
They told us the breakfast was included in the price; however, it was just a credit up to a certain amount and since the prices were high we had to pay quite a bit more for breakfast.

The amount of money I paid to stay here really lead me to believe that this property would be amazing and it was a disappointment. I feel ripped off. The hotel is mediocre at best for 2000$ for 3 nights!? The pool area was a big disappointment. The food at the restaurant on site was just not good. We made the best of it though. Ryan was very nice.

Room was nice and the hotel was gorgeous
I didn't like that the price booking.com was way off. I paid over $200 more than what booking.com stated it was going to be.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. We were impressed at the decor and thoughtful details throughout the spaces.
The pool area was a little underwhelming. It was also surprising that the cabanas were priced at what they were, considering the hotel was pretty quite that day. We still rented one and had a great time.

I love the location of the hotel! there¿s a mall that you walk to across the street using their underground tunnel for pedestrian crossing! Also, Camelback Rd has everything on this road!! The valet guys were super cool! The location was the best thing!
Rm 425¿s toilet ran constantly (smelled) & the shower drain was clogged, so the water was at our ankles. The 2nd day we showered & the water that saturated the carpet in the walkway. We moved to 1121 where the shower temp was cold & had low pressure.

The location is great within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping
It is considered a dog friendly hotel however they had no grass area to walk the dog onsite. Next door there is a building that has a grassy area within walking distance. The only parking is valet at 35 plus tax comes out to almost $40 which is steep.
