Dirty and beds wereSmelly looks like the side they put me on. Should no be even open

The room was clean. It's close to the freeway.

Eggs were salty drink was watered-down there was no butter but offered bread to toast ?, waffle batter was dried all over the wall and carpet there was no syrup or butter ?? staff is rude the rooms are numbered really stupidity. Odd in one building and even in the other. no one tells you that ! You have to figure it out by yourself at 1 in the morning with creepy people walking around..every outdoor trash can was overflowing ..pool is green..

Some staff were friendly and helpful. The attentiveness of housekeeping when they were addressed. The pool and ice machines were attended to quickly as well as the grounds were kept cleaned.

The TV remotes didn't work. Vouchers for food were never given. Staff was not very friendly, and had to keep getting replacement card because only one was given.

Good breakfast. Excellent location for my needs.

Phones didn't work at front desk.

The location is pretty good when you need to go places. The front desk person at check in was super nice!

It’s a bit run down and dirty, but no bugs so that makes things ok to me. I always bring Clorox wipes with me no matter where we stay. It was a place to sleep(comfortably).

Breakfast had a small selection. Eggs and sausage.

Location is near freeway and driving distance from shops and restaurants. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces and check in and check out was easy.

A run-down hotel in poor conditions due to the lack of maintenance and renovations. There are visible signs of wear and tear including structural damage throughout the property. Our room had worn down furniture a dirty stained couch and worn down stained carpet. A broken shower head fixed with duck tape and peeling paint on the bath tub and walls. The general appearance and condition of the hotel may be unappealing to many. This property has so much potential wish they would invest in repairs and renovations. However the bed was comfortable and very clean sheets placed neatly. Plenty of towels and hand towels including wash cloths were placed all very clean. The water pressure was very powerful and plenty of hot water available. The next morning we attended breakfast as it was included with our stay generally from 6a-9a basic eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and not so great coffee. Juice machine was out was never refilled. Eggs and sausage ran out quickly hotel staff member was not paying attention due to being on her phone and hotel guests had to remind her constantly to please refill food trays as more guests showed up. We left most of the day and to our surprise no housekeeper and showed up to clean our room that was a big deal breaker for us. Since we had no housekeeper I had to walk to lobby to get clean towels was a bit annoyed about this. We did not go to the pool area but we did see many families enjoying the pool area is on the smaller side but looked cleaned and kept. Ice machine by building C where we stayed was broken we had to walk to the next building over. We luckily did not have neighbors close by which made our stay quiet and pleasant.

Breakfast was good,the staff were really nice, Motel is in a very nice location, check-in was quick and easy, bedding and towels were clean, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, television had plenty of channels. Plenty of parking too.

My room? my door latch was broken, bottom lock on my door was broken, window was floor to ceiling with bottom half that opens, NO LOCK on it, it just opens easily, I slept really lightly because of the fear that someone might come in. I stepped on the carpet between the bathroom and bedroom and stepped on exposed carpet tack strip and cut my foot. I dropped my hair clip at the head of the bed and found all kinds of trash on the floor under the head board area. Carpet is torn in some areas and dirty. BUT!!! the staff were so kind and helpful. The place just seems dated and in need of repairs.

The location of the hotel was decent. The front desk staff were super friendly. Hotel is very dated. Our door had to be jammed open and shoved closed. You could see there the actual door handle looked like it had been busted through before. There was also a gap towards the bottom of the door where light shown through. It was a little nerve racking but I guess you get what you pay for. Also none of the room lamps worked so we had to use the bathroom light to see.
