the staff was welcoming and helpful.
a lot of activity happening at night. I woke up a couple of times to car alarms going off and people yelling and banging on a door.

The location was very advantageous to our plans
Because it’s extended stay the lobby is closed in the a.m. until 9. As we were getting ready to leave at 8 a.m. we accidentally closed our card keys inside the room. Everything was in there, including phones. Luckily we found an emergency phone outside the lobby and someone came out and made us a new key. Whew.

Location was decent. Exterior of the property looks great interior of the hotel rooms very very poor.
Interior of rooms look very, very poor. Several lights did not work in our unit unit 106. several sockets also did not work.

Good location, Decent rooms w/ comfortable beds, reasonable price, onsite laundry.
Gruff front desk staff; inconsistent acceptance of credit/debit cards, rooms I've recently reserved didn't have microwaves, room floors need cleaning, no more morning coffee, there is now a charge for utensils.

Location, comfortable beds, refrigerator, nice television.Good parking.
Desk Attendant had an attitude. Please make up your minds about what credit/debit cards you take. When presenting my credit union debit card, which I had used several times at this Extended stay, attendant said 'we don't take those kind of cards' but couldn't explain the issue with the card. She ended up accepting the card.2 of the last 3 rooms I've gotten have not been equipped with microwaves.No more coffee in the morning.

Was convenient good area
Room was ok but not clean few pieces of trash on floor then went to take shower and about 7 thick pieces of black hair were all over the shower. They never tried or made atempts to clean or exchange rooms.

Location very easy to locate
I showed up with all confirmation info late in evening and they were extremely rude. I gave them my booking info she was very clear about not finding anything. I have it to her she refused to even search. I was stranded at that point.
