In an ideal location between the prestigious area of Biltmore and Scottsdale city center, the Royal Palms Resort & Spa , part of Hyatt is a beautiful hideaway resort. Set among citrus groves and exotic foliage and with the stunning backdrop of Camelback Mountain, this resort is a true oasis in the desert. This historical hotel has the feel of a Spanish villa – lush walled gardens, stone walkways, antique water fountains and delightful courtyards all add to the ambiance of the resort. Accommodations is of the highest standard with decor ranging from classic European to opulent contemporary. Each includes free Wi-Fi and a nightly turn-down service. - This is our favorite hotel to stay when in AZ. It so charming and intimate. The grounds are stunning.
- Beautiful
- The room was clean and spacious. Restaurant/bar had great food and drink selection. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Our party was accused - without investigation - of being rude to other guests and told to leave the property.
- Highly recommend!
- Stayed in a Jr. king suite. Interior of hotel needs a serious update. Very old looking, carpet unraveling and lots of stains. Walls dirty and scuffed. Rotted baseboards in some areas. Worst issue was the smell in our building in the hallways.
