Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Phoenix West - Tolleson By IHG

I have stayed here before when visiting my kids. I like the location. The breakfast is nice and staff at the front desk and the ladies serving breakfast were especially kind.

After spending all day helping my daughter move, I arrived back to find my room had not been made up. So disappointing.when I called the front desk to inquire, they could only apologize and tell me housekeeping was gone for the day and they don’t know why my room was skipped.

Clean and great value. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants.

Location was excellent as it was close to the location we were visiting, very central to all areas of interest to us during our visit

Not much to dislike maybe the fact that we missed breakfast but that is on us. Otherwise not much to dislike about this hotel

My room wasn’t cleaned from previous visitor but they did let me check in early and I was to tired from work to go back down and ask to be cleaned or get a different room.

Bathrooms dated. Had two rooms, one bathroom had hair in tub. Swimming pool out of order.

Staff was very friendly and made checking in and out quick. Hotel location was good and parking was easy. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure it was fresh and stocked.

The bathroom floor and shower door had hair from the last guest.

The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a nice layout each morning.

My room was not clean. There was noticeable hair all over the bathroom floor. There were bits of trash right outside the door as we entered our room. There were also places around the hotel such as the elevator button panel inside and outside of the elevator,the bathroom doors in the main lobby that needed to be wiped down. One housekeeper said she was done and then sat and talked to the front desk guy. I asked for a supply at the front desk after breakfast early one morning, the guy said oh I need to stock up on those later that night I asked another front desk clerk for the same product, coffee pods, and they still hadn’t been restocked. Instead of either offering to send them to my room, the guys just said we’re out.
