The front desk agent was professional.
The woman in the office was nice
I didnt like anything about this hotel. They way overcharged for what that hotel room was worth, and its straight up price gouging.

Bugs and the room was falling apart I have pictures I can share
The room was dirty, the towels had human hair all over them, the air conditioner thermostat was broken and had exposed wires, asked for new towels and they forgot about me.
Leaky tub. Water ran all the time. Didnt stay the night. Didnt like the location. Noisy trucks in the parking lot.

The room was small, overpriced. They didnt have a heated indoor pool, or a very nice continental breakfast. I would expect this kind of room to be worth about 60 dollars, and not 196.
