We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and parks, making it super convenient and enjoyable.

The location is convenient for road travelers. Included breakfast is good.
Reception was HORRIBLE with woman barking orders and telling me, "Confirmation numbers don't do anything!", when she gave hardly any attempt to find my reservation.Was rudely informed $50 pet fee increased to $75, then put us on the 3rd floor. Checking in was like a slap in the face.

The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of amenities close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay was seamless and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.
It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. However, there was a community microwave down in the lobby and this was easily accessible, so this issue was certainly not a deal breaker.

Very quiet spacious rooms
Posting in rooms indicated that we were to have fresh sheets and linens and emptying of trash every other day. We had only one such service in our seven night stay. We never had a “ do not disturb “ sign posted nor did we leave anything’s on the beds or indicate that w did not want the service.

The location was convenient. Rooms were quiet.
The main floor stunk of sewage. Our room was pretty dirty, the floors, baseboards, and bathroom floor all had dust and dirt.
