Room was decorated so cute. Bed was comfy. Loved the semi-private patio for my room. Restaurant servers were amazing and accommodating. Liked that I got two free popsicles.
The space was gorgeous, the pool felt luxurious, & the staff was so accommodating. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go without being in the midst of major traffic.

Cons -

Several hotel guests were told at check-in we could access the pool but not use the chairs bc of an event. Learned 2 hours later from restaurant staff there was a whole section of chairs reserved for hotel guests. Very frustrating.
We didn?t realize that the hotel had a policy that if you did not call to let them know you were running late, they would cancel your reservation. After car troubles putting us behind, we arrived & had to rebook, but they kindly refunded us for two days.

JUST HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH APPS BUT THAT IS ALL

The hotel was charming and had a nice vibe. The In-hose restaurants are good with reasonable prices. It was clean and quiet. I stayed on the first floor and was not disturbed by other guests or patrons of the restaurant.

There was no hot water in my building for three days. They told me they would bring me a tea kettle and I should take a sponge bath. The staff was unhelpful, and refused to allow a room change even though they said there were vacancies in other buildings
