Very pricey and the accommodations were poor. Small old towels, marks on the walls, room smelled, very very cold, poor pillows, poor quality sheets.

The ENTIRE staff was helpful, friendly and considerate. No one stays here for fun!! The staff is aware of this and make sure you have everything, including info and transportation when you need it.
The queen size bed, king would have been more comfortable.

Hotel employee was an incredibly hospitable host to your establishment. My father and I had a long 10hr drive and he was able to get us a room with a pullout couch. Very grateful for finding this hotel.

The room was spacious, the location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought you felt somewhat pampered.
Not really, except, I think they should invest in Aerobeds over pullout beds. You could kind of feel the bar in the pullout bed.
