Pubes on the toilet, vape and batteries in a drawer, beer bottle caps on the window sill, window screens bent, dirty windows, bed being held up by 2x4, drunks yelling in the hallway, untrained staff, card keys not working, ?orn out mattress.

There were patios right below my window where people would smoke & you could smell it in the room. Also car chargers would have convenient.

Some of the staff, like the front desk lady who got us extra towels and the maids were awesome! The hotel was a dump and smelt like cigarettes.

Cracks and holes in the asbestos fill ceiling. Carpets were ripped and torn in several places. Lite switches were covered in filth. The bed was rock hard. I have posted several pictures of how absolutely disgusting this place is! I refused to shower!

Location

One older lady of the four desk clerks is very rude. Never smiles, I don't know why she is in this position.

The location to Camelback park is great.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Maybe provide a few more options for breakfast.

Fitness area and pool area are nice.

The hotel room was okay, but heater was extremely loud and the mini fridge froze all my food. They gave me a room located in the back of the property and I felt a little unsafe in the evenings going to my room. There is also a very close train tracks.

Nothing. Terrible, dangerous location. Its a motel at best. Disgusting ran diwn property

Location

Desperate need of a complete remodel. Torn, stained, smelly carpet. Beat up furnishings. Dark and dingy.

Room was double booked. When room was assigned and we went to it , we walked in on a room that was occupied. Otherwise stay overall was satisfied.

Convenient to where we were going. Bed was comfortable.

First room had towels on bathroom floor. Next room they gave us keycard didn't work. Third room was ok, but next to entrance to building. Door kept slamming closed until very late into the night every time someone came into building which was all the time

The over night employee.. she was rude and impatient and the way she down talked us about the key card DO NOT put it near your CELL PHONES, TV, or anything else that can DEMAGNETIZE IT or else you wont be able to get in the room WOW what a host smh

We had to leave a day early and was not offered a refund on the last day of stay. If they needed 24 hour notice, they should have said so. Not satisfied I did not get a refund.

I didn¿t like how dirty it was. The room was so gross. It was ready old and dirty. Since it was not refundable we stayed. We were not comfortable sleeping so we left 4 hours after checking in. Staff was also rude when I told them the room was dirty.

It was affordable for the area and close to the event we were attending. The staff was friendly and very courteous. Our group of rooms were clean (4 rooms), the filth we did see was not the fault of the staff.

The smell was pretty bad (whatever was being smoked in other rooms or around the hotel). The hotel needs a lot of tending to cosmetically. It's time to update furniture, lamp shades, bedding, caulking in bathrooms, and just an all around deep cleaning.

was not at all as pictured, location was in a business district, no restaurants nearby( 1-2 miles) , restaurant at hotel closed 3 yrs. room shades were broken, and room was well lit during night. last day room was never cleaned, even after advising twice.

Close to home.

The noise. People talking and arguing in hall. Also people come in late (middle of night) blasting music on radio.

Hotel was very clean and bright. Temperature was delightful. Staff were welcoming and pleasant.

Close proximity to our final destination.

Cleanliness of the room. Everything was old, worn and dingy.
