Comfortable beds, spacious room, nice hot tub

Perfect location for all the activities. Room was well appointed and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location

We travel every month and this was a very bad experience!!! Our bed was dirty When arrived, the toilet would not flush so the lady brought a plunger but after two flashes would not flush so my family had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay!

Cleanliness of the room, although the sheets didn't fit and kept coming off in the middle of the night.

I got charged twice for the room.

The area is amazing plenty restaurants, sports bars and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very good and even made cookies for guests at night.

Breakfast area. Nice staff.

The overpowering orange cleaner odor in the rooms. Very loud noise area external to the hotel. Confusion extending from a 2 to 3 day stay. Key was shut off after two days and check out delayed due to inability to decouple the 2 day from the third day stay

Room was clean and location was excellent and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Continental breakfast area was kept clean and stocked by staff.

Checked in at 10PM and soon after, had to call the front desk because the bathroom sink wasn't properly draining. (took all night to drain a sink half-full of water) They told us they'd send maintenance in the morning to fix, but that never happened.

Clean, quiet,professional, great breakfast

The staff was great, breakfast was yummy, and hotel was clean!

Not that I can think of

Breakfast is awesome. The convenient exercise room available 24 hours. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

the staff were super friendly and then room was nice and clean. i think its nice you offer free parking and breakfast.

I wish they offered non dairy creamer for coffee. the beds made a lot of noise.

Location.

After going to Drs. appts. and spending the rest of the day shopping and dining out, we return to our room for a nice hot shower and bed about 9:30 pm and found that the shower didn't work. Low water pressure I suspect. Not a good valued room rate.

Location is great.

Dirty room. AC broken. Staff doesn¿t care. Loud location (motorcycle shop next door). Won¿t ever come back. Would suggest you don¿t stay here.

The staff minus the cleaners were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast consisted of a bagel, cold cereal,6oatmeal,and/or a banana. The air conditioning system shuts off at 8am using a motion detector and restarts at 8pm.My room was hot everyday. My room was not cleaned during my stay. I pulled my bedding and towels i

Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Im tired of grab n go breakfast. Lets get back to the full deal.

The location from the freeway was perfect. Room was very comfortable

They charge a 50.00 non refundable fee for a dog.

Room was clean and very nice area and employee's were very nice

I liked the hotel because it¿s clean, the location was great we could walk to several restaurants or stores. The Ac worked good and the bathroom was roomy.

I wasn¿t happy that the hot tub wasn¿t working all the way, the bubbler was broken. The beds are way too hard and the room was a bit small. The breakfast was still the grab and go style and I¿d prefer a hot meal. Its a bit annoying not having a hot meal.

The room was clean. A new bed would have been nice. All of the grab bars in the tub/shower were very helpful because I have extremely bad knees.

Cleanliness

The rude elderly man who needed to give me a receipt on the morning I checked out was a huge waste of time. Very unaccomodating.
