My room stunk like feet or wet carpet:(

Nice rooms, the view, quietness, free parking,

I didn't liked the pool, it was not clean. No free breakfast

Clean the staff was great and they had my mobility accessible room

Overall the staff was helpful when they could be located. I did watch a staff member handle another client (she was incredibly rude to the employee) with grace and maturity. It seems to me as if the location was very short staffed.

There is no complimentary breakfast - which is not the norm for Holiday Inn Express. It is located in an area with an extreme amount of construction. It was overall clean but nothing exceptional including the complimentary products in the room.

They never cleaned our room, and I had advised them twice once at 3:00 p.m and then again at 6:00 pm, after the second request I was told that there was nothing that they could do because at that time they had no housekeeping staff, very disappointed.

Was staying here with my 83 year old mom to recover from a medical procedure. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. My mom had a little mishap and the staff was genuinely concerned with her well being. Thank you ?

Very clean, good price, nice outdoor pool, double KING sized beds!

No breakfast, hard to figure out how to get food.

Room was very comfortable. Plenty of parking.

The hotel restaurant was just ok. We had breakfast once during our stay. It was just edible, not good. Our server seemed to focus on other tables and basically ignored us. Our requests of coffee refills took forever. I wouldn¿t eat there again. I¿d go to.

Location and clean

We were harassed 3 times starting at 7am on day of checkout. First worker knocked on our door at 7am. Next maid tried opening door at 8am, then front desk called at 8:30 saying we were checkout and why are we still in room Checkout was 11am ridiculous.

Good location

There was nobody there that I could deal with. Garage fob was misssing, coffee maker didn't work.'

Clean, quiet, proximity to west gate area.

Breakfast should be included with stay automatically. Need shuttle to and from mall that allows people to get there when it opens. Not just afternoon. .

Staff was helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast at the restaurant was a nice surprise. I¿ll be staying here for all my State Farm Stadium events!

My room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice walk-in shower. The pillows, which are a pet peeve of mine in hotels, were great! The staff was friendly. And the bar/restaurant had good pub food and a great beer selection.

I think it might be below a flight path because a few times a day (not at night) I heard what sounded like a jet going over.

Clean hotel. Like new.

Could not get hot water in the shower.

Beautiful hotel yet reasonably priced, we ate dinner at the Ale house and it was excellent! They offer free breakfast and it was outstanding!

It was a new hotel and was close to the entertainment center, but the walls are thin. Also the pool said no kids under 16. Strange.

It was very loud. The front desk staff was rude. Our room wasn¿t ready by the check in time and they offered no solutions or apologies for the delay. We needed waiting for over half an hour, then leaving and coming back hours later. She didn¿t remember us

New hotel, clean. Walking distance to stadium .

That the Cardinals stadium is at walking distance and that there was beautiful farm land all around. The restaurant was a huge plus but the hours of operation were horrible.

The facts that there was no free breakfast like in most Holiday Inn Express was very inconvenient especially when the attached restaurant had a very limited menu

Location and restaurant. The pool and jacuzzi was great as well. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Room service was also available and will even bring any adult beverage you want straight to your room. The restaurant is excellent!!!

The could improve the lighting in the room to include mood lighting, desk/work space lighting, a table, larger fridge, and privacy screens between beds.

It was clean, quiet and the views were really nice.
