Great location

Thin walls, the blinds did not completely close so anyone walking by the window could look into the room and see the area by the front door / foot of the bed.

Nothing, staff was rude and unpleasant, shower is out dated and took56 minutes to get the water at least worm.

Staff were not helpful. Information on the web should a swimming pool. There was no pool. Price was way too high for motel.

The location made our trip convenient

Walls are so thin as soon as you turn off the tv to go to bed you can hear every conversation in the hotel. The bathroom floor trim was falling off and you could see the wall were pushed in needing repairs. The linens were all dingy or stained.

It looked cleaned from the outside upon arrival

Only that you had to ring a bell and wait for someone to unlock the door before you could enter the main office. Even when it was morning and you wanted something to drink.

NOTHING IT WAS The WORST Hotel ROOM WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST ...

No hair dryer no soap. No Kleenex and the worst bath towels I have ever seen.

Easy to find on my cell phone. Easy to find on the main street of Payson.

Clerk was quiet, didn't talk or smile. The room was clean! Looked like black mold or ? around tub area. Huge cigarette burnt mark on toilet seat. Bare minimum furniture. Bed was super hard. Guy smoking right outside room. No coffee, breakfast,

The room was clean but the shower was very dirty. It looked like mildew was in the shower around the edges

Motel 6 had their cheap hand soap. Both ends of the plastic wrapper were open and had been used by the previous guest. Really? Gross!!!! Towels a joke...I ran a county jail for 28 yrs. Convict towels better!!! The towels are a joke. I

Rude owner, forced me to leave 15 minutes early just to be spiteful

It was clean and comfortable with some nice amenities -- microwave and mini-frig.

The security lights outside the window penetrated the curtains and I like a dark room when I sleep. Also, I wouldn't recommend it for guest driving larger vehicles (i.e. RVs and larger trucks) -- the parking are is rather limited.

Only positive was the bed was comfortable.

It was very dirty as were the towels, little man at the front desk was rude and tried to tell me 1/2 roll of toilet paper was more than enough for our stay. He got very defensive when I presented the dirty towel we were unable to use. Threatened to charge

Nothing the manager was rude

The manager had an attitude as soon as I went to check in. He also wanted a $50 deposit for my service Animal.

The door was not very secure because you could see through it when it is closed. I'm glad I had my pit bull with me. The towels were gross.

They decided they would not give me a weekly rate because " summer is coming" , lol. Ok, whatever. I went back to the Quality inn.

Its close to the area we visit. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. this time the same folks were not in there. our reservations were messed up and we had to upgrade to a different room for almost twice the price.

I made a reservation for a queen room I was given a king room had to upgrade for a larger price even though my recervation clearly said queen room it was not registered with them. Also their wifi and heater did not work heater was fixed wifi was not.

The price.

There was only 1 chair. We like to play cards and had to sit on the bed, which was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO uncomfortable and hard we woke up in pain. There were none of the amenities we were used to from other hotels, but I guess that was costly.

Old couch in courtyard and mattress coil in parking lot. Plus no closet or dresser. Mini fridge had to 10+ years old with microwave on top. No unit holding them off floor.

I was able to reserve a room on short notice, during a long holiday weekend. The location was good (easy access from the highway; a nice breakfast place next door).

Well it's a Motel 6, so you can't expect much. No amenities beyond the basics, but the rooms had been updated and were clean. Acceptable for a one-night stay.
