Knights Inn - Payson, AZ

It had AC and a refrigerator and microwave.

It was very old, the grounds were not kept well, the building was old and it felt slummy.

Going home

The food left in the dresser drawers on the fridge seal , you can't hear the TV over the AC unit , You can't control low medium or high on the AC unit they took that button out.

Manager has attitude no customer service skill Rooms are so dirty and doors not safe they don't lock correctly (the rm they assigned) We didn't want to stay ask for refund and got partial.

The staff were friendly it was comfortable and had extra pillows

The price

Did not provide facial tissues, do not disturb sign. Refrigerator was very small and on the floor. Table in room was not cleaned, sticky food on it. Floor was dirty and wet in spots.

There was hair in the shower, the shower leaked and sprayed me in the legs durning my shower, bugs all over the floor, the fridge wasn't even plugged in and it just sat there on the floor with the microwave on top. And the TV, microwave.

The room and beds were full of bugs! Did not stay! Contact me for my refund!

Obvious signs of deferred maintenance. nothing taped off prior to last painting. Kleenix box in room empty. Cleaning just hits the high spots. Chairs not moved to vacuum up trash behind them. Everwhere obviously not spending an extra dime for anything

Sink was clogged and was from the pipe underneath the sink. The toilet clogged notified front desk they just gave us a key card to use the toilet in another room.

There¿s nothing to like about this hotel.

It¿s a very run down outdated hotel. Not a safe feel & dirty. No breakfast offered here either, just coffee in the office. They don¿t compare to any other hotels, & price is way to high for this place. It need a lot of improvements, including new staff.

The clean room

The activities that went on right outside my husbands room where a lot of people met up and were making so much noise that it made it impossible to get a good nights rest! They were having some sort of game going on in the parking lot.

Needed to be cleaner especially bathroom Place needs to be remodeled including landscaping Not a great location outside window was not a great view backyard of another business

The air conditioner was very noisy and the flooring needs some work. People were smoking right on the stairway by our room. The smell of marijuana was in the air. A bar directly outside our room called "The Old Bastards". Wasn't sure our car was safe.

MOLD AT SELLING OF THE SHOWER, FLOOR WAS WET THE TIME WE CAME IN WE DRY NEXT DAY MORNING WAS MOISTER AGAIN POSSIBLE LEAK UNDER THE CONCRETE AND AIR COND NOT STOOPING RUNNING ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean. Nothing smelled.

The beds were uncomfortably hard.

Nothing stands out that has me saying anything positive about our stay

Oh where do I start? Ants in the room, way overpriced for the hotel having no amenities. Appliances in the room was old and rusty. Just an all around bad hotel and will never stay there again.

Counter guy was wonderful

No p.s. on tv got woken up at 4 am by loud guest

Good price, good front desk communication.

NO ESPN on the TV!

It's a 40 year old worn out Motel 6

First hotel coming into town so we took it. All other hotels full.won't stay here again. Rather sleep in car
