The staff and location

The warm water for showers was very short. Water turned cooler very quick.

The 3rd floor hall had a nasty smell. Was like rotten fruit or mold. The smell was getting into the room.

Great location, quiet setting, hot tub was good, good breakfast.

No hot water for bathing -only warm water Jacuzzi also did not have hot water -only one motor No hot chocolate available, including at breakfast-only tea and coffee. Bedside lights signed directly onto TV

The location, size of the room, and the parking

The elevator makes a little noise and the area where it is located is not very clean and looks unattended, old.

I felt the hotel was very dirty. They gave us a room right across from housekeeping so that's all we heard after coming in and trying to sleep that's all we heard I would never say at this hotel again.

I the evening manager gave me the evil eye for taking 2 buckets of ice.

the breakfast was great

1. the room ac was dirty, got sick 2. the jazzcuie had a layer of dirt on the bottom,pool needed to be cleaned, would not use.3.soda&vending machines were not working 4.last day the elevator went out husband fell down the dim lit stairs. never stay again

The staff was very helpful and very friendly.

The heater in our room did not work correctly and the door handle was broken. We also had to eat our breakfast in our room, because there was not enough tables available.

The breakfast was decent.

The first night I had trouble breathing and in the morning I felt so sick and my husband noticed there was black mold around the window over by the heater. They did end up moving us to another room but overall cleanliness was an issue.

It was conveniently located.

Rude staff. I asked a few questions and was accused of being angry.

The beds were comfy

The entrance to the unit is not well marked. Not well lit. When I asked where to go park and get to the room, his directions weren¿t clear.

Breakfast was gross!! Hotel has A LOT of deferred maintenance issues. My room, towel bar was broken, shower sprayer kept falling off,. Walls are paper thin. Every time my neighbors phone made noise I heard lit like it was in my room.

Just about everything. Rooms were clean, very nice they had the air on which was cool. And I enjoyed the breakfast you had there included with the room. The staff was very pleasant at the check in.

The beds or very clean but a little bit 2 stiff. I prefer a softer mattress. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

Clean, quiet room. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Grab and go breakfast was more of a grab, but first microwave sandwich before going.

Everything was fine. The indoor pool & hot tub was nice.

A continental breakfast was advertised online and at the front desk but the only thing available was coffee & juice. I understand that the Corona Virus has changed the way things are done. The hotel was located near restaurants, which was convenient.

Advertising hot breakfast. Not true. Bag with frozen breakfast sandwich. It was ok¿. But still should not say ¿HOT¿ in ad.

Room was clean and nice appearing.

Supposed to have breakfast set up. Instead, we were given brown paper sacks with cold egg burrito and cinnamon roll. We stayed 3 days. After 1 day of the brown paper sack breakfast, we decided to eat elsewhere.

location close to a restaurant. fast food across the street AC was good, bed was comfy, not noisy (room 105).

no breakfast. there was a fridge behind checkout counter with paper bags. IF it was their breakfast offering i pass. no HBO, Cinemax, Showtime.
