The breakfast and the shower

The carpet STINKS like mildew, it was so musty in there it made it hard to sleep and the bedding hasn’t been washed in a while. Also false advertising, we selected this hotel because we wanted a pool and hot tub and theirs hasn’t worked since 2025.

I was overcharged for having my pets stay. When I asked the lady to fix it. She said she did not know how and had to ask her manager that was no where around. I never received a call back or given any info. I finally receive the credit yesterday.

The room was spacious and the night receptionist was very helpful when we needed her.

The key only worked once. I was locked out of the room 4 times, a flashing light went off on the balcony at 2am. I could not get out onto the balcony to shut it off and I have epilepsy.

The staff at this hotel has to be the rudest, most crude people I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with! Simple questions getting met hostility and crude comments.

Location. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The office was at the beginning of a one way drive and we were at the far end. Curtain sheer was ripped a couple feet. Couldn't sit outside as the next door person was smoking.

It advertised a pool. The pool has been closed for a month and they don't know when it will open up.

The only pet friendly hotel in Payson.

Upon arrival I went to check in and waited about 2 min and no one came out.. She was not welcoming. I tried multiple times to make conversation with her but she would only give small reponses.

The patio and the elk that were outside my room was an awesome experience. I also loved the free breakfast and the curteousness from the staff.

We were put in a room that had a ton of animal hairs on the bed and had to change rooms. I was changed rooms and given a discount but still ended up being double charged.

Told us when we called at 3:15 our room was ready, so drove over there we sat there waiting for 45 minutes. No restroom where you ck in, had to go out to gas station to go..

The door jam looked like someone had tried to break in. It had a bunch of screws in it. I had to hit it with my hip to get it closed and open. There was also a dirty towel hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door.

The room was big and bed pretty comfy. We brought our dog and that only cost $20. The hotel had a nice yard outside the back door in our room which was very convenient! The location was very convenient too!

The front desk clerk was weird. You couldn't interrupt her when she was working on the computer because she couldn't concentrate and was a bit rude when you did ask a question.

Calling this a budget or cheap hotel is a huge dis-service. This place is nicer than a lot of 4 star hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean and spacious and there were deer outside my back door. Great place to stay for a few days!

I liked everything about this hotel! The complimentary breakfast was the best I had during my 3800 mile trip.

WE didn't even stay. We need a refund. The front desk messed up keys two times and after 45 min. and attempting two rooms to enter we gave up. The front desk employee said she didn't know how to correct the keys and kept giving us a new room.

We had to carry our luggage up two flights of steps to enter in outside room doors. There were sketchy guests with dogs and smoking in the back. We had to leave after we could never get in a room.

Large clean double queen room with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and balcony. Large closet.

The deadbolt didn't lock all the way which felt unsafe. When checking in the front desk clerk accidentally used my credit card for incidentals on someone else's name.

Reservation was hard for staff to locate, room wasn't very clean, room door exited to outside but didn't seal well, room smelled like smoke

Was supposed to have jetted tub and did not have one and can?t get paper receipt. It was way overpriced also.

I loved having access to the nice grassy area outside through the patio doors in the rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, too!

Staff was friendly. The room was clean except for a wad of black hair in the bathroom garbage. The bed was comfortable.

Wad of black hair in bathroom trash. Blow dryer not working. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of service on a hot summer holiday weekend! This place was not worth $----. Plus fees. It was a very low budge experience. I would not recommend.
