- Nothing. The staff was rude and apparently called their sister property and flagged my name, eliminating any possibility of me staying at one of their properties. She wanted to take a photocopy of my ID and said that my credit card was fake. I'm appalled

- Great staff and location; easy parking; clean, quiet grounds; interior corridors properly lit
Cons -
- The staff, mainly the front desk manager. Because of her accusations and slander, I cancelled my reservation but still am getting charged for it on here. Completely unprofessional, inappropriate, inconsiderate and VERY rude.
- Food portion size at restaurant a tad small for the price
- No tub???? Clear giant shower is a waste of space; bathroom setup is not good Room service/food options could be expanded Trash/service item swap needs some sort of system(many items left in hallways for long periods of time)
