Easy to deal with the management/owner, but having them offsite made reporting an issue and verifying resolution following my departure a challenge. All in all the experience was about as I expected it to be. The room itself was sufficient for my needs.

Cons -

As mentioned in the previous comment, having the manager/owner not immediately available to help resolve a performance problem was not the best way to create a positive experience. I did not need the TV so it, specifically, was not really disappointing.
I rented a suite but in reality, it was just a below-average outdated motel room that was small, dark, and dingy. There was only a sheet and thin cover on the bed, no extra blankets in the room and no staff after 8pm. Mattress was very uncomfortable.
I tried to organize a late check in via email and several phone calls. In the end, I could not check in and slept in my car. I expect a full refund.
