Location

Breakfast was late. There was not enough food. Everything ran out and was not replenished. The dining hall was too small for the crowd.

There's not much to say here.

Dirty room, paper thin walls, and the rudest customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. The woman that worked the front desk literally yelled "what?!" when I politely asked her if she could help me check out as if I were a burden.

I wish we had a different experience with staff but they were rude. Breakfast wasn¿t the best and it felt like your really being watch at how much you can take.

Unprofessional staff sheets and towels had stings on them.

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to several restraunts. Good breakfast. Will stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hallway on the second floor, where we stayed needed new flooring and carpet was quite squeaky.

Location close to antelope and Horseshoe bend.

People mentioned breakfast as a good thing in the reviews but in my opinion just it is ok . i was expecting better breakfast. Only one waffle maker that the waiting time when the hotel is full is long.

The check in was great. Stopped at the bar for a couple drinks and Heidi was great.

1)The carpet was not vacuumed. I stepped on two thistle. 2)They came in the room while I was in the process of packing up(he had to walk over the do not disturb sign. 3)The window needed fixing so why was the first floor room even used!

The staff was excellent

YES. We couldn't get a top floor room and you could hear every step from the room above! Does not make for a pleasant night.

We slept well. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great!

I liked everything about this hotel rooms was spotless and refreshing, no muskie smell. Bathrooms sparkling clean.oh and the breakfast was a great Addition to our day. I totally love this hotel everyone was really nice.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the breakfast which surpassed my expectations.

1. I did not like the hotel charging a deposit money even though they have my credit card information, and the money never returned to me. 2. I did not like the fact that there was nobody at the front desk after 12 midnight till next morning.

The breakfast was awesome. Lot of varieties. Location is perfect. Overall its clean and met our expectation.

The carpets can use some cleaning, or removal of it. Hardwood floor would be a better option.

This is the 4th time I have spent multiple nights at the hotel over the last 6 years. For my needs, the location is excellent.

Cleanliness, condition and hospitality have steadily declined over the last 6 years. Carpets are badly stained and worn. Glasses at the bar are dirty. The most inhospitable staff I have ever encountered. Never again.

Poor service. Could not check-in early or even stow luggage anywhere until room was ready. Bar was not open the entire stay. The pantry was poorly stocked.

The hotel met our needs. A number of vehicles across the street looked to be homeless people. We were met with a panhandler the morning we left. Very uncomfortable feeling. The hotel has no control over this.

The morning breakfast was extremely low end. Chairs were stacked on the tables, yet to be set up. Hotel was understaffed, no one at front desk as I sought to have outdoor hall lights put on. It was dark and descending outdoor stairs was questionable.
