Location

Our room was wore out..bathtub had huge area where enamel had peeled..as large as dollar bill. Gap around entrance door..and area fo contintal breakfast too small and coukd not accommodate the number of guests.

It was in Page, AZ which was where we needed to stop for the night.

Old motel Thad had tried to be updated - but poorly done. Tub faucet dripped no matter what we did to stop it.

Reasonable prices, good accommodation, just overall very good motel just like a 5 star. Nice beds, better than knights inn!

Fair location, a little close to the attractions. Old hotel but tolerable for an overnight stay although the AC is loud.

I accidentally left my necklace ( gold chain with a heart pendant) at room 118 on 9/11/24. Unfortunately, their chambermaid didn?t find it which is impossible to miss since I left it at the small table beside the TV. Someone was not honest.

Staff is rude. They shut down the hot water. Rooms are dirty. No ice machine on property. The breakfast was a joke. They dont change the coffee or other things if you dont ask them.? and if you ask them they are rude. Not enough parking spaces.?

Location & Breakfast was stocked.

The gaps where bugs came in, dirty carpet (had to keep shoes on), dry wall damaged, wall paper coming off.

Not updated since the 80s, one curtain that lets too much light in, torn lampshade, broken furniture, no plugs along the bed wall or nightstand, no bathroom fan, bathroom, window broken, tub didn?t drain and water temp varied, loud music until 2am

Hotel location is close to sightseeing spots.

1. The blankets and comforters smells bad. 2. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7.30 am. But they didn't open until 8.15 am and there is nobody from staff to ask for details.

Nothing. My fiancé and I left to stay at another hotel because of the unsanitary, uninhabitable, and unsafe conditions.

Yellow stains on towels, brown stains on sheets, mold in bathroom, peeling shower floor, open holes/gaps to outside under door, cops present because people doing drugs two doors down

Went into room when I had the sign up also ants in bathroom

The location is nice. Good breakfast options.

There are not many plugs for charging phones, laptop etc

It had a good soaking tub and frig and microwave.

The laundry was not working, which was important to me, the a/c rattled very loudly, the walls are thin and I heard a dog barking on one side of me and someone walking above me. Both beds had cigarette holes in the sheets. One light didn't work.

Nice motel with comfortable beds and great shower. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room.

Unfortunately the laundry machines and ice maker were not working. I did find an ice machine $1.50 for 10 lbs bag two-blocks away.

Counter service was good, breakfast room well supplied.

The walls are very thin and we could hear everything on the other rooms. The key cards stop functioning and you have to go to the reception to get it fixed, this happened to several guests. The heater didn't worked and we couldn't change our room.

There was no pet fee, which was nice. It was in a location that was easy to find. The free breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

We were on 2nd floor, and the elevator did not work going up from first floor. Going down from 2nd floor it stopped opposite the parking lot, so we still had to climb steps. There were no outlets for charging phones, unless we unplugged appliances.

The room only has one electric outlet which is located inside the bathroom. The floor is not clean, did not collect garbage, did not make the bed or change towels.
