We ended up going to a different hotel

Sign outside said “free breakfast “ tho it was not available. When we asked staff she said “sign was old!” Old, not attractive building. Internet and tv didn’t work. Decided to stay somewhere else but wouldn’t give refund.

Check in and out were fast

The heater was mounted on the wall, noisy and vibrates.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom, dirty walls and chairs, the bathroom trash can was over a cot that was in the room, All old, broken and dirty. Disrespectful offer a room like this

It was very clean and just what we needed

No I new it was older but we were just here for one night worth the price and near great restaurants

I appreciate the fact that I got the response very fast did not have to worry about access to the room after hours and that the instructions were very good. The location is very convenient

The beds were a little too soft

We arrived late and they had our key waiting for us outside

They advertised breakfast but only after purchasing the hotel we found out there¿s no breakfast. Also the bathroom looked gross. Rust everywhere and bad smell.

We had a wonderful time at this little hotel... It's not a lot to look at from the outside. But our room had a sweet little garden spot and the pool is lovely, very clean! We liked the location... Across from 'The Bowl', a real classic place!

It'd be cool if they had an ice machine... But we made do with our fridge and dips in the super nice pool!

Service was pretty efficient. Had refrigerator, tv & microwave oven

No ice machine Room needed maintenance - Front Door handle was loose, air conditioner was noisy, bathroom door stuck, toilet was loose. Bathroom was really small.

I regret to book in this hotel. I am not refunded of the $200 incidental fee due to the reason that I exceed the number of persons allocated in the room.

This is the worst hotel I ever have: poor customer service, bath tub not draining, rtc.I do not recommend it to others.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

The internet said includes breakfast. At check in they said no breakfast. The ice machine was broken. The floors in the room were dirty. The tv and stand were covered in dust. The bathroom looked cleaned but old.

Attractions are all close by and my favorite restaurant El Tapatio is just few blocks away! They have a pool!

No microwave was provided and the small fridge did NOT work!!! I was really disappointed cuz most of my food went to waste! The office opens at 7am so you can't really check out early because you have to turn in the key.

The room was spacious and the location was very convenient.

The bathroom was terrible. In order to have warm water we had to let water run for 15 minutes. The electrical outlets did not work. The sink was miniscule and extremely old. There was no space or at least a simple hook to hang our clothes.

The pool was closed, there was no breakfast even though they advertise as there is. The water pressure and shower sucked. The air conditioner in the room was literally hanging right over your head as you head.

No hot water. Said it couldn¿t be fixed till morning. Town completely booked up! No other room in the hotel to move us.

The room was very clean. The location was very convenient.

Broken promises: No Wi-Fi; No Continental Breakfast. No response when we called to report slow-draining tub. Air conditioner is located 10 inches above your head when lying in bed!

It was next to the bowl

Could not take a bath because of plumbing if I did I was to pay for the overflown water and plumbing charges

The room was cool. Room was nice

How rude the workers where and judgemental.... And stereo typing me ... And was very rude..

Old but clean.

NOISE. One other tenant locked himself out of room and was honking his horn but the office was closed. Bar down the street was so loud I couldn't sleep even with ac running. No one on site to check in late night arrivals, they slept in their car.

Nothing good to say.

Broken toilet, no breakfast or pool. Very rude front desk staff when asked simple questions.

A place to crash.no frills. Good,a/c fridge and bed. Excellent price

No staff on hand. Dirty pool.
