- Location. Clean room, seems to have been recently updated.
- The location is great and very central to most things Havasu, and there was an excellent food truck located in the parking lot, also pet friendly was a huge plus.
- Location was great, room was clean and the front desk staff were excellent. It did have all of the necessary conveniences: TV, microwave and refrigerator.
Cons -
- Check in via a screen in the lobby was strange.
- The complementary breakfast was decent but about the only thing we did not completely like.
- It was very old and outdated even though some things looked like they had been updated.
