London Bridge Resort

Pros +

• The pool with large slide was big hit with grandchildren
• My favorite part about this hotel was the size of the room and how close it was to my event I was participating in.
• Great location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and water rentals.

Cons -

• I did not like that the resort did not disclose it was having an event that would greatly impact the parking of all guests who paid to stay at the resort. They also didn't discount anything for the extreme inconvenience. Parked down the street.
• Our room lacked attention to detail.There was a strong egg odor. I initially thought it gas leak but noticed remnants of egg shells on the floor. We later realized the problem was the plumbing.Attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful.
• It would be very helpful if the lobby doors were self-open/close. Hard to maneuver door with luggage. When we turned down the a/c, the heat would go on. We spoke with another guest that said the same thing.
