Clean, kitchen, roomy, mirrors, quite.
The room was very nice on the inside, though small, very tight parking, and poor neighborhood.
The location that's it.

Cons -

The hotel was packed on Saturday, yet the manager chose that afternoon to disconnect the internet! I was in Phoenix to help put together a family reunion, and did not have access to the internet for several hours. VERY disappointed.
The hotel smelled terrible of cigarettes and the room was old and not updated at all. The bed was uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.
