Pros +
- Very spacious room
- Location was great for everything we had planned while in Flag!
- The breakfast and breakfast staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Basic breakfast and they don't do daily housekeeping.
- This hotel is not worth the money! Although it looks nice, it’s run down! The linens are cold and thread bare, the rooms weren’t super clean and the staff at the front desk was extremely rude! I’m a diamond select member and they didn’t care!
- Old ratty motel that for the price we should have gone w Holiday Inn etc. we asked for extra blankets and we got two bedspreads w holes in them. The front desk staff need to have customer service training. Not a hello welcome etc.
