- It was affordable
- The location. It was easy to find and was close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons -
- Bathroom window could use some shading.
- They are in the middle of renovation but still renting rooms without basic stuff. My first room was just a bed and a TV so they moved me to one with a refrigerator and microwave but no table, desk of any surface to work from. No nightstand or clock.
- The room was mediocre in cleanliness and condition of the furnishings, considering how much we were charged. Strong smell of carpet deodorizer. No desk and lamp to use computer on.
