- Location of hotel.
- Absolutely nothing!
Cons -
- Staff was nonresponsive to issues. Room was too hot, TV did not work, no staff on site.
- The owners of the hotel are lazy, and are not maintaining the property upkeep. The whole weekend I was there, I never saw anybody who worked there, either at the front desk or anywhere else, until the last night I bumped into the cleaning lady.
- We want a refund. We are elderly people put on the 4th floor. 2 long flights of stairs (no elevator.) Room dirty,fireplace but no wood at 8000+ ft. The 2 staff were new, knew nothing. Had to pile bedspreads on from other beds to stay warm.
