- Maid left room.open after cleaning. The bar was pulled over and the door stayed ajar all day while I was gone leaving my room unsecured. I told her I didn't want my room cleaned but she did anyway the towels were hung and toilet paper folded

- I preferred a late checkout, and was granted an extra 30 minutes. A later checkout would have served me better.
