- The cleanliness of the facility and the rooms

Cons -
- The rooms did not have basic amenities such as plates, forks, bowls, spoons, etc. We had to ask for a coffee pot, cups, sugar and creamer. The ice maker didn't work, and there was never anyone at the front desk. The pullout bed was uncomfortable.
- Free breakfast was supposed to be a hot one, and only a muffin and a granola bar, etc., was offered
- Breakfast was minimal
