The staff was amazing. I would use this hotel again and I would also recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was small compared to others but nice.

Cons -

I did not like two things. 1) They did not have a do it yourself waffle iron. This is enough to make me look elsewhere. 2) One the day they did not totally clean the room they had a "refresh" but they didn't make the bed, empty garbage or refill TP.
The room was not cleaned well at all and it was extremely small. The pull out couch touched the end of the king size bed in the room so you had to crawl over one of them to get to the other side. Way too small for a family of 4.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was small compared to others but nice.

It said pet-friendly, but they charged me $100 to have my pet. I have never been charged this much, and this should have been disclosed on the website. If I had known, I would not have stayed here. The hotel was also very loud at night.
