Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great with the kitchen and the location was great.

Maintenance man followed gf to room thinking she was alone. Tried to do "room inspection" until he realized i was there. She felt very uncomfortable staying there.

Bad communication with front desk and workers getting room cleaned, got charged $250 for linen because my son threw up and we notified immediately and they didn?t act on it and blamed us

When I checked in staff not so friendly. Our room had a bad odor and staff didn¿t seem to care about it. He went to our room and noticed the odor but didn¿t offer any suggestions or help with finding us another room

Professional staff, pricing, and breakfast.

The rooms were extremely nice, huge fridge and dishes and stove supplied. Good amenities, absolutely fantastic breakfast, the price was great. We stayed twice during our trip for a 3 night total.

No bedding for the pull out couch. Not ready for check in when we arrived 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Beer bottle cap behind the mattress on the bed.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable room with cold AC. Nice staff and breakfast selections. The full kitchen was a plus. Very convenient to jump on the 101 or 202.

There was this scent in the lobby area that kept me sneezing. Not enough selection on breakfast. Room was mediocre.

7:30 am breakfast: scrambled eggs were the only ¿hot¿ food item. Staff put me in 2nd floor room directly across from elevators. The floor chime was waaay loud. Room was clean. Location is remote to any recreation. Book hotel only for area busines

The hotel has great staff and very comfortable beds and bedding. Also like having kitchen with everything needed for dine in option.

Room did have a few things that were not cleaned properly. Found a floss loop on the sofa, a chip bag next to the night stand and something smeared on the wall.

I¿ve stayed here a few times and every time the check in is smooth and easy. It¿s always so clean and the rooms are cozy.. the beds are comfy too!! Lol

The location is great and parking was readily available. I enjoyed the firepit they had available and the suite style room.

I expected this room to be cleaner and tidier. The bed spreads were stained and wrinkled. It looked like they just threw it all together las minute.

Full kitchen with 2 beds and a sofa bed!! Close to everything

Yesroom was dirty the heater did not work the people above us you can hear everything they where doing could not sleep this hotel suck wish I could get our money back.....

Hotel employee made our trip wonderful. Both were so warm and welcoming during these crazy times. Property is excellent! Nothing to complain about. *One small issue is thermostat in room took little getting used to. 74 was blowing cold, 75 hot

was close to where we needed to get to until our apt. was ready. Clean and really needed the kitchen was a big help in saving money on take out.

Do to the covid 19 the dinning area was not open and having to wait for towel service to replace the ones dirty, if need the room clean and bed changed had to leave to 3 hours because of the virus.

Comfy beds

Could do better at cleaning detail. Questionable stains out of reach. No excuse use an extension pole or

Thin walls. Could hear the man in the next rooms entire telephone conversation with someone he had on speaker. Guy at front desk at checkin was aloof and gave vague checkin hotel info. Was more interested in his cell phone. Shower floor was slippery.

Nice interior design, bathroom/shower, and lots of USB power ports

Carpet was not vacuumed and had crumbs on it. Headboard of bed to close to doorway.
