Home 2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler

The room and location was great.

The breakfast was subpar and you have to pay for parking! That was NOT stated for the reservation! There was ZERO reason to have to pay for parking. There was NOT limited parking available. It is Chandler Arizona not Scottsdale or the strip in Vegas.

Clean hotel the free breakfast The comfortable sheets and bed. I like the air conditioner unit by the window where it helps to drown out outside noises. I liked the room where it¿s set up like a small apt. I liked the workout room and a small laundry

Beautiful, well laid out, professional staff, quiet rooms.

Hot water shortage. Relatively sparse breakfast choices.

Fifth time staying at this hotel, great location. Very quiet location and great staff. Very clean rooms too.

Very quit, very mice staff. Great location.

Cleanliness , lay-out

Staff Very unwelcoming

Clean, new, well located for my use.

Location was great. Loved the open area around the hotel. It was just a short drive to everything. The staff was great!

Outside common areas are always dirty and garbage cans are overflowing . Cigarette butts everywhere and dog poop throughout the grounds even though ashtrays are provided .

location was perfect for our football game at Hamilton HS The staff was helpful answered our questions about breakfast

The tv was a concern for seniors. The guide on the TV was ok but I would suggest a booklet would be better showing all the local stations. The provider (dish) should provide this. thx

The room. We brought our granddaughter with us. There was a comfortable sofa bed (really, it was very comfortable!); large area for study or computer work; large kitchen with full length refrigerator (not the small ones you usually find); and bed for us

It was in the middle of a dirt field. I presume eventually, someone will develop the field. Everything else was wonderful!

Clean, modern at a reasonable price.

Not as close to Phoenix as I'd like, but for the price it was worth a 30 minute drive.

The hotel staff is always so friendly and amazing people to be around ??

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

The very friendly lady in the morning food kitchen

Very clean and quiet

It was very close to the areas that was visited

The staff goes out of their way to be warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Everything

Everything during our stay was perfect. The staff was especially wonderful
