The staff was nice

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, but ended up with a hearing impaired room and it wasn’t corrected once I made it known. That was an inconvenience for my disabled husband.

The hotel staff were very friendly

The window shades were broken. Noise from the street was excessive

Booked Double Queen (2 males) Called hotel a.m. of check-in and asked for 3rd floor placement. Was told "have you on the 3rd floor." -Arrived at 4 pm, was told, "you have a single king on 2nd floor." Fight & 30 minutes later Double Queen- 1st Floor

Great breakfast great staff!!

Heater was not working and NO hot water. I ask two people for help with the heater, she said she would but never did. All the staff was very very nice. To pay this much for a room and freeze to death was not a good experience ¿¿ Something should be

For whatever reasons, NO One answers the phone at the front desk of the motel. I called this motel direct for 3 days last week around 4 to 5 times a day at different times during the day and NO ONE EVER ANSWERD THE PHONE. This was extremely frustrating.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable

When we checked in the front clerk was not friendly and seem aggravated we had trouble with the heat in our room and same clerk came to fix it and my husband was very polite to her and she again seem Rude we did not feel welcomed

The last two times I checked into this hotel, my credit card information was stolen and used online within a couple of hours of giving them my card for incidentals. The second time it was stolen, I hadn’t used the card anywhere but there.

Tha experience was horrible. I was charged a 250.00 fee for smoking in tha room. I dont even smoke. Now, I'm stuck tryna get my money back.
