Hampton Inn Searcy

The hotel was smelled very clean as you entered in. The hotel clerk offered us a cold bottle of water,which we thought was very kind since it was such a hot day..

Bed was clean but rather firm for our liking. The bench seat in the dining area was very worn and needing reupholstered.

The cleaning ladies were very pleasant as well as the person who checked us in.

The breakfast the first day the eggs and Saudi was not good. However the second day the bacon was very good

Typical Hilton excellence. The desk person was a little flighty

The hotel was well maintained and the staff couldn't have been better. Great experience.

Somewhere to sleep

Loud banging and removing carpet all around my room at 7 am. I understand they have to make changes to hotels. On Saturdays at that early Adam said he didn’t care than when I got home he called me and cussed me out for leaving a bad review

It has a pool

Getting woke up hours before check out time with banging from them removing carpet from the upstairs rooms. I have videos of how loud it was inside my room I texted the from desk and Adam said it was from the remodel. I understand they have to have repairs and things done but 7-9 am on a weekend might be too early. The ice part of the fridge had over frozen and caused the fridge to not cool. The lamp by the windows had a burnt out light bulb in it. We stayed a few weeks ago and had no issues but this time it was not the same I think this room needs some love. I’m not sure in two weeks when we go again if we will stay here

Location was good

For the price this place was not up to par. Dirty bathroom. Carpet was coming up in room. Table in room was not clean and was sticky. Dated facility.

First room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. Bed unmade and beer cans around room. Replaced with different room stunk of dog. Mold in shower

I didn't stay There was no pool. They said there was. That's why we booked it there. So we had to find a Hotel at 5:00pm. that had a pool. They had to cancell it
