they ruined my babys swim party as they wouldn't rent me the room at all because I lived local. they didn't tell me all day until I went to check in

this was awful it ruined my son's birthday 100% and I had no time to recovery from their complete inconsiderance

Clean, comfortable and very quiet!

The microwave did not work. But no big deal, we just used the one in the breakfast area.

I was locked out of my room 4 times. The first two times were due to the card not being coded correctly. The last two were due to a faulty door reader. DON'T EAT THE BISCUITS. They're hard as a rock.

Nothing really

No sign indicating there was remodeling being done, constant trouble with the key card working, when a hotel employee tried to assist, his card wouldn?t work and he cussed, using the f word several times, and there were tiny bugs in the bathroom .

Slight sewer smell from bathroom sink. Running water through sink overflow hole seemed to reduce it some. Brushing teeth, water tasted foul, probably due to sewer smell. I got past it though. Shower drained slow before I removed hair from drain.

This was the third time we stayed at this hotel.The first two times we stayed in the same room. The room was alright even tho it had not been refurbish yet. This time we stayed in a different room that was refurbish and it was perfect. Very clean.

It was at the very end of the long hall.A very long walk too the lobby and to breakfast. But they told us next we could get a closer room.

It deserved a higher rating that it showed. Friendly staff - even had fresh cookies upon registering. The room was large and spotless. The bathroom was clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great breakfast and room was really nice.

Their indoor pool felt like it was 50°f. Not heated at all. We put our feet in first and said no way. Was the whole reason I chose this hotel.

2 bathroom lights and the fan in the bathroom did not work. When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation and then they found my reservation at a cheaper rate than what I paid. Then all of a sudden my reservation popped up and I had to pay more

Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Reserved this room for a family funeral. I got sick with Covid and was not able to travel. Manager refused to give me a refund. I let as many people as I could about this so they also will never stay at a Quality Inn again either.

Convenient to where's I was working (across the street)

The shower filled with water and never did drain until I'm sure, long after I vacated. Disgusting!

Good location. Clean room and grounds. Friendly staff.

It was very close to my daughter's house.

I got there a bit earlier than check in and staff told me to come back at 2:30 the room will be ready so I did just that and she was sitting on a couch in the lobby and completely ignored me.

Location was good. Pool was a hit with my kids.

Housekeeping walked right in. Gave us a broken crib.

Yes that they fact a house keeper walked in my room right after I walked in. And claim she didn¿t know someone was in the room and said the door was wide open which was a lie. I heard her swipe her card and then open the door. And secondly the manager

The pool was a little cold but it was great. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and bed was comfortable.
