- The staff here. Is rude and use inadequate English as an excuse
- Smokers room when asked for non. Other at hotel had same experience. There were burn marks on sheets, counters, stained furniture the smell of smoke was very strong. Doubted sheets and blankets were changed. Tub did not drain well , chalking bad. Etc.
- Slipped in the tub. I reported to the office.
