The fact I had to pay for breakfast is outrageous. Then to find out that the "hot" breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes were tepid.The bacon was limp and cool temperature,the eggs were overcooked into a brick you had to slice, as well as lukewarm,the sausage was lukewarm, but had decent flavor,and the potatoes were cold and dry.There wasn't a self-serve coffee/tea station, but only a "waitress" who brought a small pot of coffee to the table and didn't offer any tea. There wasn't any half & half or real cream, only Creamer (fake chemically stuff that tastes bad), and the coffee tasted old and gross, although better than the Boston Restaurant attached to the hotel. The room:Keurig coffee machine itself was fine. There wasn't any half & half pods, only packet-dry chemically creamer (which ruins the taste of coffee as well).The first room I was put in had stains on the wall, The desk was sticky and dirty.The air was turned up to 99 and the room felt stuffy.The second room looking outside was better. The desk was still sticky/dirty and the sticky protective wrap on the desk was peeling off in parts.The bed itself was comfortable enough.The fire alarm went off two different times during sleeping hours (in the early AM hours). They were false alarms.There should be a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station with ultra-pasturized real half & half that is always open (like they have in cheaper hotels/motels).

Shower was dirty.No water pressure from the shower.Tv remote didn't work.Hair dryer didn't work. Shower drain did not drain.Wifi did not work.

Location to the airport was nice

Not the cleanest facility, did not smell fresh was very musky smelling.

Near airport, used to stay overnight for early moeninf flight.

Website said free airport shuttle left at 4 am, on site said 430 am so had to take an uber. TV remote had been tampered. Room had NO HEAT. Very cold. Called maintenance who reset temp control that didnt work. Came back and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Paid over $100 for this room.
