Friendliness of checkin and checkout. Very warm welcome and easy to get to hotel. Not in busy location

Clean comfortable room friendly staff and good warm breakfast

Bathroom was updated and very clean.

The exterior has an aged look and could use some maintenance. The room needed deep cleaning in the corners.

The rooms were very spacious and clean!

The breakfast was very disappointing only the coffee was good!

The staff was Very friendly and helpful with everything. And, it was quiet and clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff and customer service. Breakfast was excellent. The staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. 

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful when we had to stay extra nights. We also referred it to other family members that were there. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The only issue we had was the last night we were there, we were on the second floor by the stairs which are metal and someone kept running up and down the stairs until 1 in the morning.

The room had a cute kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Staff was really great.

Very noisy people up stairs and the breakfast was undesirable. Also the ac unit didn't seem to get very cold.

Rooms are always clean. The hotel itself is usually quiet. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Close to most everything

The room was dark and needs updating. There was a musty odor and the mattresses were in need of replacing. Creaking bed and terrible mattress. It was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, eggs, yogurt, muffins, little donuts, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice pool. I'd stay again.

Where located

Beds were terrible as well as pillows! Wi-Fi was sketchy at best( frustrating)! Group drinking at the pool with loud music all day!!!!

Convenient location

They kept telling me my credit card rejected (even though the number they had of file did not match the number of my card). Thee times. At 9:40, 11:04 and 12:30 am they came and banged on my door to try and tell me I hadn¿t paid and had to leave!

It was okay. Quiet

Didn¿t have a remote control. Took awhile to get one. Breakfast in brown bag. Not very good

The room was nice and big. There is a king sized bed in room 104. It was obvious that they had redecorated the room with new furniture. The employees were very nice. I will use this hotel again.

Room was clean Staff. Did was not attentive Breakfast was a joke Even though pandemic has been over for 2 years they are still doing the nasty breakfast in a bag. Fruit was rotten . I specifically ask if they had a breakfast bar before I checked in

Nice pool.. 5 min from River. Lg room ...gv me diff room when 1st smelled like smoke. Rooms and hotel are a little dated but clean. Good value.

1st room had heavy smoke smell. Frt desk woman said it was because it was next to smoking room. Breakfast was not great. Breakfast sandwich in a celophane pkg wasnt to good. Limited cereal selection and coffee is prob best bet here.

The staff at this hotel are some of the best. I have a toddler and it was his first trip to Heber and he needed a bath every time we got back to the room and I bet I went through enough towels, wash cloths, for the entire first floor and it was Ok.

Someone needs to do some groundskeeping and basic maintenance around there.

Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a graduation and the location is centrally located for easy travel around the area

Peace and quiet, big room size, comfortable beds, mini kitchen in suite, no oven just cabinets and a sink. Staff was excellent at getting what we needed and wanted. The location was nice, just bad wifi and bad cell signal.

Sudden link Wifi, speed test wouldn't work the first time then testing after that was .54 mpbs. Barely got cell reception.
