Deposit was high and is not needed. The ac unit wasn’t working correctly

VERY POOR OLD BREAKFAST SERVED, BISCUTES WERE COLD AND HARD, OVERNIGHT LEFTOVER, SO WERE THE DANISH AND CAKES. POOR QUALITY ALL OVER, COFFEE, EGGS, SAUSAGE ETC

Hotel employee at night was awesome

Over night &. morning lady need customer service training. Room was dirty was refused clean dry towels Was kick because of something that I?m. Still unsure of and come to find out was the next door people not us and they. Took deposit for no reason

The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was maintained and the pool area was relaxing time since it was indoor.

The only issue was having just one towel when I took my morning shower.

Rooms were very nice, seemed to be updated. Bed slept well.

Staff was not friendly, with 2 cars in parking lot we were told to wait 2 hours to get into the room, so we could just change clothes as we were headed to a wedding in the afternoon. Staff said no one could get keys until 3:00. Apparently a new policy :(

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and cheery too, that made things nicer as we were exhausted from a long day.

Nothing negative to say.

Hallways need vacuuming it smelled bad Had to change rooms. The beds were nasty. Even change rooms. The beds were still dirty and had a bad smell. The hotel smelled musky. Highly would not recommend

The breakfast was good and the staff met our needs.

The entire hotel smelled of pot smoke. The pool fan was so loud you couldn't hear each other talk.

We had to call the front desk immediately upon entering the room. The first thing we saw was the bedspread. It looked like there were bodily secretions and lubricant (stains maybe) on several large parts of the bedspread. The couch was absolutely horrible

It had an absolutely fabulous price for such a fantastic hotel!! It ha every amenity plus a hot breakfast when many hotels are still not even giving out brown bag breakfasts and blaming it on covid.

The shower pressure was practically non existent. The water just kind of fell out of the shower head and there was no adjustment on it.i wondered if the shampoo really got rinsed out of my hair.

We didn¿t die or get or bed bugs as far as we know.

We had to change rooms because the first room had a leaking toliet.. the rooms were not that clean.

The room met all my exspectations. The staff was excellent in every regard. Doug who works the valet and bell captain area was superb. I love staying at vinyage hotels and ¿ The BROWN HOTEL¿ met my every wish. Congratulations to the entire staff.

Nothing horrible customer service by staff

The manager  was rude and also was arguing about whatever on the phone. She basically took her bad day out on me and that¿s not appreciated. She wouldn¿t extend my stay and me and my children had to go elsewhere and they have $15 spending limit on CC

Loved the breakfast, and it was close to everything.

It was under renovation.

Front desk  & manager were so very nice and friendly!

The airport shuttle driver was not welcoming. She seemed like she had alot on her mind.

Room wasn't ready at check-in. Staff could use some training on customer service

Hotel was not kept up. Maid service never happen for the 3 days we were there. Had to go get towels from front desk every day. Will not be going back to that one again.

People were talking and listening to music all night long which caused us to be unable to sleep much at all
