The location was great.

The hotel and the rooms need updating. The furniture in the room was really, really worn. We probably won't stay there again.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was very clean. They had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion.

The bed was too firm, and the pillows weren't comfortable. The shower head was awful. It smelled like someone just showered in the room.

Very clean, staff were so nice, and breakfast was great. Great location just off the highway and would recommend this place. Great prices for the rooms and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was great! Close to the University, restaurants and stores. The room was big. It came with a fridge and microwave oven. The A/C worked well. We liked that there were many electricity outlets to plug and charge our electronics.We didn't get to eat breakfast but they had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Waffles, yogurt, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice was available. Continental breakfast options available from what we saw.

The overpriced room rates for a 2 night stay. The employee at the check in desk told me our room was regularly $64.00/night. Our room was over $200 our 1st night and $300 for the 2nd night since it was graduation weekend.The bed was comfortable but was so high from the floor. It was difficult to get in bed. It was so high I was afraid that I could fall off the bed and get hurt.The furniture was bad. The padded chair had a bad seat that sank down alot when taking a seat. The accordion door to the closet didn't stay on the tracks so it was difficult to close.

The location was perfect. We had to be at Fayetteville High School by 6 am and we live in Siloam Springs (45 min away), so we didn't get to enjoy breakfast. We also didn't get there until 930 pm. So it was really just a quick in and out stay.
