- Very clean and well maintained.

- Too many stairs for 1st floor room.
- Very dated and had safety issues. OSHA needs to be notified of water stains on ceilings, stained wallpaper/curtains. No Wi-Fi! Staircase leading to 2nd floor near rear of building is handing on by a thread. Bolt is missing and concrete is cracked
