Pros +
- Staff was friendly. Room was adequate.
- Staff was excellent.
- Staff was friendly, parking was easy, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely.
Cons -
- I have stayed at Hilton properties before and I did not think this Hampton met that expectation. It was not any one thing and as I indicated the staff was nice and the room was fine, but it may just be the expectation of El Dorado, AR.
- Business Center consist of a small computer (which didn't work). That's fine if you're on a leisure trip; terrible if you're needing to do business! Young lady at the counter was no help.
- A baby screaming next door and someone stomping alllllll night
