Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was fresh and clean

Bathtubs aren't cleaned , have rings around the tub which indicates they arent cleaned , scoured properly. Tub wouldn't drain water properly , drain plug wouldn't stay in up position

The room key didn?t work each time I went to the room. Each time I would come to my room I?d have to go downstairs to get the keys reprogrammed. Definitely inconvenient after a long day out and wanting to come back and relax. We were on the third floor.

On the positive side, the room was clean, with new furniture, and the breakfast was good?tasty and with a nice variety.

In the room on the 4th floor: noise from the ?? units was very loud so we couldn?t fall asleep while the noise finally became quieter. Unfortunately, we didn?t feel well-rested. The mattresses were also uncomfortable for two people to sleep on.

The hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly

The extreme cleanliness! Absolutely Beautiful- like a brand new building! Also, the staff was so warm and cordial, from the front desk clerk checking me in, to the housekeepers in the hallway. A++++

Not one thing!

Very clean and sparkling sheets and bedding. The pillows weren't flat and the blankets seemed new. Towels very soft with no perfume smell.

Clean, comfortable room in a great location for travelers passing through.

I checked in the night before the eclipse (~9PM/21:00), and the night staff WAS AMAZING. Having worked in the service industry, I'm not going to lightly overly praise basic work, but this night crew was 1) on the ball and 2) were responsive & pleasant.A++

Nothing that the hotel was responsible for. (Dud guests suck. Not the fault of the hotel. Staff was amazing during the cluster-rush.

Rooms were outdated, laquinta usually has high standards but this one is more like a motel 6 or something..water drains slow, ice machines are not on every floor. The staff is rude

Concierge was not social did not say anything about amenities, empty red bull can in ice bucket, bath tub drained slow, chair was messed up. When I checked out had to wait 15 minutes while attendant was watching a video on his phone

Clean, quiet, near our family

terrible experience. After winning a court case we wanted to celebrate so I had my 5 nieces and nephews came to swim (ages 6 and under). Pool was empty. I was told they had to get out and was then escorted out by police and lost my room for the night.

The location is very convenient to everything nearby and it looks nice overall, breakfast was good but they only put out a couple yogurts at a time and so no one could get what they wanted

The lobby smelled, the elevator was so slow we weren¿t sure if it worked, for how expensive the room was, there was dirt in the corners of the room and the bedding was stained.

The rooms were very nice, breakfast bar was good , service was good!!

It was very noisy, children running and screaming, and several large dogs!

The hotel is very quiet and clean .. in Good great area too.

Didn¿t like I had to put $100 deposit for the room..

Room 123 located next to storage room was noisy all night.
